I think you are wrong about this. I think it needs to be at the exact point. If it's not at the exact point, your 2nd partition that starts below the 131,072 MB point may be recognized and if you write to it, it will start writing upward and when it gets to the 131,072 limit it will then loop back to zero on the 1st partition and ruin the 1st partition as well as the 2nd.
