OWC has 1 800MHz G4 for the Sawtooth in stock for $95

They also have 512MB PC133 sticks of ram for $33.

Upgrading the ram (512 is realistic minimum and 1Gb will give you a
fair amount of breathing room) and possibly adding the 800MHz (total
upgrade price of $135) is about the max of what I would spend on a
sawtooth. If you spend any more, you might as well upgrade to a QS
(there was one on the swap list for $200 this morning) or a G5 (the
original series are showing up on ebay for under $400 now)

That being said, I have over spent upgrading my DA, but bringing home
small boxes (a dual 1.2, 4 HDs, SATA card, Radeon 9600XT, USB 2 card,
1.5GB ram) over a few months time does not burn the husband points
like bringing in a whole new computer, and husband points are VERY
expensive to earn and keep.
