I upgraded my sawtooth 400 with a 1.5GHz from OWC - even my 4 x 512MB 
RAM came from the US - (eBay).

As I've just managed to upgrade to a dual 2.0 G5, I sold my CPU & RAM on 
eBay - for the 2 years fun I had with it (it ran Leopard perfectly well) 
it didn't cost too much, overall - got good resale prices.,
