This speed test says 731/128.
Good. That's a decent percentage of your rated caps - so
your thoughput is good.
The problem seems to occur with with anything I try to do. It does it with both Safari and Firefos.

hence the dig and traceroute commands described below:
Launch Terminal.app and issue these two commands, then copy the fullresults and paste 'em into a reply here:
dig www.google.comtraceroute www.google.com
