Put your QS in Target Disk Mode, connected to the iMac with a 
firewire cable.  Run the OS X installer on the iMac, targetting the 
QS's drive.

But really... a machine without a decent DVD burner these days, is a 
machine that's at risk - too much trouble to back it up, etc.

OWC has some great drives and wonderful how-to-install guides.  I 
think they're like $40.  That's what I *DID*...
