Actually you only need to drag EITHER the System or Finder files from 
the system folder.


It doesn't even have to be OUT of the system folder,  I usually created 
a folder called "Finder in Here" inside the system folder and put the 
Finder in it.  This way the Finder file never leaves the system folder, 
avoiding mixing up of files.  And if doing it to disable that system 
folder then "Finder in Here" folder is right where one would expect the 
Finder.
