I am assuming you need the actual text, but on occasion I've needed  
something similar, and I've just made a screen snap of the file. It's  
then a bitmap file, which is useful for some things (CD Table of  
Contents) but not others.

OR - and here's a really funky workaround. Make that screen snap,  
print it out, scan it using OCR, and then copy and paste the text.
