The monitor is a bit small, and also bulky for the modern world. The hard drive issue is a SERIOUS drawback. 500 MHz and not even close to Intel. See very similar for $180 on eBay and it has not sold yet: http://cgi.ebay.com/Apple-PowerMac-Dual-500-MHz-G4-DVD-256-MB-40-GB-HD_W0QQitemZ290281868960QQcmdZViewItem AND the rive is solid in that one so you have to subtract $40-$50 for new drive. You can only add about $30 for the RAM at this time since the rates fell dramatically on Crucial.com So $180 - $50 + $30 = $160. At $15 for the monitor since I've seen these on the street. So $175. People will love the Tiger DVD but probably won't expect to pay extra for it, even if it's worth $130! Maybe return to the original system then offer to sell the Tiger DVD with it for $40-$50? As long as you're not using the license on any other machine. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed Low End Mac's G3-5 List, a group for those using G3, G4, and G5 desktop Macs - with a particular focus on Power Macs.
