I agree that Apple will most likely succeed when Jobs is gone and that Apple is 10,000 people. However: in 94-97 (Or whenever he was not ther), Apple lost focus on who it was and was in serious trouble (from Jobs himself), which is what is striking fear into a lot of people about Jobs leaving now.
