Hi, I understand the sentiment, but would like to note that some people are sort of irreplaceable... at least immediately. Certain types of people only come along rarely. I don't know a lot about Jobs, but suspect that he may be one such person. Recently I have been thinking similar thoughts about JFK, MLK, RFK, etc.... Best wishes to all, especially Mr. Jobs.
