Is the Rio S10 mp3 player dependent on updated drivers? Maybe none  
has been made for Leopard.

Perhaps its the iTunes version, I don't know.

Did you disconnect the player without dragging it to the Trash? Maybe  
it got corrupted and needs to be reformatted?

Guessing ...
