Thanks for your advice.  See my post to Tom... how would you compare
the Power Mac  G5 models to the iMac dual core Or Core 2 for the
money?  I can budget up to $1,000.00 on a used or refurbished
computer.  I would hope to use this computer for the next couple
years, looking to upgrade at that time.
