I have Parallels running XP on a MacBook. I was very impressed with
the transparency that it provided. It seems there is a bit of a hit
on performance when pulling in a large Microsoft Exchange mailbox
using Outlook on the XP virtual machine. For most tasks, though, it
seems to handle them without a problem. I only had one issue with
Parallels that may not even be an issue. I just didn't have the time
or motivation to resolve it. I couldn't join my Windows domain. It
gave me some error I'd never seen on Windows before. I'm sure there's
an answer out there somewhere, so this may not even be a problem.
Lonnie.
