There should be some associated software to enable Winblowz to recognize the Mac partition to allow reformatting once you get to the point of the Windows installation. A thorough reading of the Parrallels ( or Boot Camp ? ) documentation will be very valuable here. Try formatting to desired sizes in the Mac format of choice. Then following the dual boot installation instructions reformat the MS partition from the Windows disk or auxiliary enabling software There should be a lot of sources for step by step instructions for this online. You can also ask a local college library IT department for advice. ( At least any large metropolitan college or university ).
