I've got exactly that modem. I've been using it with AT&T DSL for
about 3 years now. (I upgraded it from an older model when I had bad
DSL performance, and the older modem was suspected. Turns out the
older modem was fine too; the problem was outside the house.)
Anyway, I've had no problems with it.
