My vote is for the GeForce 6200/256MB, great performance and lot's cheaper than a Radeon 9800. They are PC cards that must be flashed or purchased from someone who has prepped it for Mac. I have 6200s in several Macs including Sawtooth, Cube and Digital Audio; they do not have any sleep issues (or any issues for that matter).
