After trying various distros I now have Open SUSE 11 running on my G4 450 Mhz - once I formatted the partition to Unix it all installed smoothly. However, on attempting to set up broadband I find that my ethernet is not set up. It works fine on Tiger, but I would like to use linux on a separate partition to my main software and files for my net access. I picked up that there were issues with SUSE and ethernet for the beige G3 - is this the case with SUSE 11/G4's, and is there a fix a nonce can implement?
