I bought the machine new, so it's not an add on. And it's not a
phillips. I had every other screw out when I was trying to get the PS
out when I tried, and this fastener was not phillips. It's been over
a month since then so I'm not sure if the fastener is the one that
"retains the 'L shaped bracket'" or not, but I can tell you that I
was unable to get the PS out without taking that fastener out, and I
was unable to take that fastener out with the same phillips I used for
every other.

The PS manufacturer may have intended that I not take the PS out, but
the PS fan don't work no more and I got me a new PS for $35 in which
the fan works, so I am afraid that I must violate the original PS
manufacturers intentions so as to force my will upon the machine so as
to make it whole again as is my wont. So will somebody tell me how
the hell I kin do that? Heeyulk heeyulk. Seriously though.
