LCC Scroll Enhancer is known to cause all sorts of speed, cursor reliability, and other failures. It's a really badly written InputManager, that loads into EVERY process on your machine. (we've beaten up Logitech about it, but they just don't care). Manually trash *ALL* of LCC Scroll Enhancer: /Library/Application Enhancers/LCC Scroll Enhancer.ape/ /Library/Application Support/Logitech/LCC Scroll Enhancer.bundle /Library/InputManagers/LCC Scroll Enhancer Loader /Library/ScriptingAdditions/LCC Scroll Enhancer Loader.osax The .ape might not be there, if you're using a more up to date version of LCC. After removing the above, go check your user ~/Library/ folder for the same. Then reboot - to make all the processes. Then empty the trash.
