No, I still don't believe it. The costs of keeping OS X current on 3 architectures - x86, ARM *and* PowerPC - would outweigh the hypothetical benefits of PPC. I think PAsemi's strengths lie in fast multicore RISC. I think the ARM has lots of potential that current implementations, aimed mostly at cellphones, aren't exploiting. I suspect Apple will turn PAsemi over to making very fast, maybe multi-gigahertz, multicore ARM chips.
