I think that is causing the occasional Startup kp which seems to point to my Slot 3 M-Audio card one time, and my AGP Slot 1 ATI Radeon 9800Pro at other times. With that out of the way, I might be able to determine why it shut down awhile ago ... fairly regularly. My system froze this last time as well. M-Audio card? When I recently moved the 750GB back inside off the mobo, I started getting Bus Errors pointing to Slot 3 (I think) which is the M-Audio card slot. If anyone is interested, I have a series of logs (system, panic, and others) that show the log details. Next Step: Remove the Slot 3 M-Audio card and see if I can run for awhile without errors.
