Well, I don't know this cameras, never seen in Europe! But I met this kind of troubles before and I believe this was one of the seldom reasons I had to start my Win.PC (XP Pro) with PC Inspector (free). It even works with one of these first Sony cameras with floppies. Never found such a good and free app. for Macs.
