Ad and Flash blockers have been a bit sparse for Safari 3 and 4, on 
Tiger.  Most have moved on to being Leopard/SL only.

ClickToFlash is highly recommended but was Leopard-only!   Well, the 
developers heard the cries in the wild and have added Tiger support! 
It works great, and is compatible with the likes of SafariBlock too!
