If you can add more memory you should do that... On these older machines I 
always would max out the memory... But in your case if you are running 2G then 
I think this is more than enough for what you are running??? Unless all those 
firewire ports you added could be the trouble??? Can this computer run the 
800's, are they compatible??? If everything was running good in the 867 then it 
should be ok in the 1.25, maybe uninstall the 800 firewire's and see how it 
is??? Did you run this 1.25 before you transferred all the stuff from your old 
computer??? How about the keyboard and mouse were they from you old machine are 
from the new one??? I would switch them too if not... Hopefully someone else 
has more on this??? I can't think of anything else right now???   CoolKat
