The OP mentioned the screw as being to the right.  That sounds like the 
single large drive mount that holds all the drives.  With the screw 
removed and the cables detached the drive sled should lift up from the 
right side and slide to the right, release the tabs at the other end. 
It's basically like above but a different direction and it's larger.


One suggestion as far as CPU upgrades is concerned, check the usual 
sources (e-bay, craig's list, surplus stores, etc.) for a G4 computer. 
You may be able to get a "new" computer for as much as the upgrade with 
a similar speed CPU and it will be better in other ways (faster bus, AGP 
graphics, large drive support, etc.).
