Hello, I was "given" a G3. 400mhz
I have no Idea how to proceed. No HD, I installed a 15 gig and have no
Apple keyboard and mouse.
I have a USB keyboard, and a USB mouse. A monitor that works.
When the machine boots up, there is a "?" and a smilie face and that
is it.
I have a lot of RAM PC133 and PC100, the machine came with both.
A MacFriend has sent me the OS I can use, (not here yet)
Question: What RAM is the one to use, and How do I identify what I
have got?(the computer)
I used Macs before and had to abandon them due to the
workplace.(yuck)
I am at a standstill until I know what I have got.
I will try to find a mouse and keyboard, can I use the USB ones or
not?
What is the best OS to use, and more importantly what will make me
happy again?
