Your machine is a G4 AGP Graphics G4. This model also carried model numbers of M5183, M6921, M7232, M7629, M7824/5/7. Yours being the first it is probably a 350MHz processor.
Go to the top of this page, click on 'Apple' and then select 'Power Macintosh G4' depending if the machine is a 350, 400, 450 or 500MHz computer and all will be revealed.
