Sorry if I did not mention that! That is the problem. I can't boot with the older HD now, which is installed with the OSX. Therefore, I can't use the G4 at the moment. I thought I might be able to install OSX again by booting from the CD but it doesn't work. I've read somewhere that you can't boot from the install CD.
