Hello! I'm going to look into some other things with this card tonight when I get home from work. One thing I hope is that I didn't actually damage the card in some way and for some reason I don't think I did, but I'm going to look into some things like the firmware, software reinstall for the card, cleaning more and possibly a clean install of Mac OS 9. Thank you!
