Bob, The internal interface for the keyboard and trackpad were ADB, even though the only connectors on the outside are USB and FireWire. See also the PowerBook G3 Lombard/Pismo, neither of which had ADB ports on the outside, but used an ADB interface for the keyboard and trackpad.
