Here are the specs:
300Mhz PowerPC G3
544Mb RAM (32MB On Logic Board, 512MB So-DIMM Low profile from
www.otherworldcomputing.com )
3.2GB HDD
CD Drive
12" TFT Active matrix screen at an 800 x 600 resolution

Current OS: Mac OS X (jaguar) 10.2.3

I tried to install XpostFacto 4, but it says it does not support the
PowerBook2,1. I tried carbon copy cloner, that did no help, and then came
door number 3. I went to the Plist files and removed the model name of my
iBook from the list of "Unsupported machines", and when I plug it in, it
says that "I cannot install from a USB drive." I also tried my LG external
DVD drive earlier and popped my tiger DVD right in, and that did no help.
Please, i need help here. My iBook is capable of tiger, (besides the
Firewire port which i can overcome later on...) but no matter what, i run
into constant errors and nothing works! GRRRRR! I don't have the CD version
of tiger, although I wish I did, that would have spared me alot of time.
