The D-LINK will be just what you need. they are easy to set up. I think if 
you're going to want encryption because the G4 iBook has an early AirPort a/b 
card or maybe an optional b/g card you will need pay attention to the method of 
encrytion.

Or you could use computer to computer  network internet.
