************ Yes, wireless. The distance is about 3 feet. The iBook, iMac and cable modem are on a 6' table. So no obstacles at all. She doesn't care about the speed to the iBook. Her grand kids want to play on sites like pbskids.com. Would the speed on the iMac be affected, too? If so, how much slower?
