No. "WidgetInitLibrary" is simply part of Opera. Nothing to do with
Dashboard etc.

Most of the Opera crashes I've had show this same stack trace.
You can try submitting that crash log to Opera. Given the general
quality of their software, I really doubt it will make a diff.
My advice: Move on. There are better browsers available.
