I don't think it will be the fault of your Sonnet upgrade CPU John.
I've run the AHT on several of my Macs - DA , MDD etc in original specs and
they have come up fine. Upgrading the CPU in these or logicboard then running
AHT again gave a few error reports.
All these systems ran fine nonetheless with no kernel panics or spinning
beachballs so I didn't worry about it.
Also don't forget that to have that Sonnet running in the Cube you would have
updated the firmware too which may give false readings if you are using the
Cubes original AHT unless I am mistaken.
