Hello

Just picked up a non-starting quicksilver. Power button will flash but not stay
on, some flickers of motherboard LEDs etc.
Whenever a power-supply is attached to the PSU I get ticking from the PSU
itself.

The PSU is currently disconnected from everything and is out of the case, when
I attach a power lead I get the same clicking.

Looks like the PSU is toasted but I just wondered if anyone has had any luck
simply blasting canned air into the PSU to clean out the dust etc.

Also, what are my chances that the motherboard has been damaged by the problems
with the PSU ?

Many thanks everyone

Nick
