It only shows the ReadMe file, like the one I downloaded from Apple's site I suggested earlier.

The files are INVISIBLE.

You can use various methods to see them if you want.

The application InVisibles 1.4.3 is free and works in all OS X:

I use FruitMenu and select the "Show Hidden Files" in the Advanced menu.
