Thats the version that works on both my QS 2002 Dual 1GHz and DA Dual 533.
You might give us the details of your hardware setup ... in particular your video card. If its a standard, native type like the Geforce4 MX, you can go from there. I believe you need a natively installed video card for the AHT to work.
