Thanks, Miguel and Fabian. 1. The memory is installed in matched pairs from the center outward; so that would not seem to be the problem. 2. I am looking to buy a retail version DVD of OS 10.4.3 or higher. However, I don't understand how I could install the OS to the G5 via another computer if it is not supposed to run on the G5.
