AFAIK, the G5 isn't socketed, so no CPU upgrades there.  The video card and
ram is the way to go.  Adding more ram will definitely boost your system.
 Adding a better video card will also offload a lot of the graphics
processing from the CPU to the graphics card itself which will also in turn
speed up the system.  The hard drive upgrade from a 5400 rpm drive to a 7200
rpm drive will speed things up but not nearly as much as the other two will.
 Your best bet is to at least do the ram upgrade.  Make sure your disk
permissions are also correct, cause that can cause some speed issues as
well.  Our G3/4/5 cpu's aren't going to be the fastest at things on the
web(ie flash animation and the like) because it was never optimized for
such, so you won't see much of a gain there.  Word processing, graphics and
stuff our machines excel at.  I think the biggest improvement will be the
video card since you have already done the ram thing.  If your gonna spend
the money, make sure its a higher end card to get the best results.
