Unless a slower drive was installed post-purchase, all G5's shipped with 7200 
RPM drives, stock, per Apple's specifications database. You can get a 15K RPM 
SATA drive, but at $300+ apiece <http://www.infinity-micro.com/ProdDisplay1.asp>
you're better off spending your money on a newer computer. You can get 10K 
drives more cheaply, but, frankly, you're not going to get that much a 
performance boost from faster drives.

Bluntly, the way to speed up this G5 is to get a faster G5, like Wayne said, 
get a newer Intel-based Mac or go to the Hack side...
