If your 'modem' allows more than one computer to access the internet at the 
same time, without extra equipment, it supports a LAN, because that's the only 
way they can do that.

ANY cable or DSL modem that has either: WiFi or more than one local ethernet 
port on the back of it support LAN's. (yours has both: the WiFi and the 'four 
port switch', meaning it'll support multiple wired and wireless devices.)
