If it's a bad fan, I've had good luck ordering OEM replacements at Mouser.com 
You may have to carefully transfer shrouds, etc, and finding the actual part 
number of the fan itself sometimes requires removing it, but they carry a wide 
assortment. Definitely recommended for an electronics supply house.
