Hello Mark, With the 1.6 GHz accelerator, your G4+ should not balk at all at trying to install Leopard - I have done it several times using OWC extreme processor upgrades; no need for hacks, or cloning - just do it! If you DO have trouble getting your accelerated G4 to boot up using the install DVD (I presume you are installing off of a retail DVD, not a grey specific-model copy), as I did have, make sure the culprit is not an older DVD drive that is having difficulty reading the Leopard DVD's dual-layer format (different from Tiger). I had to upgrade my optical on one G4-plus unit before i had a successful boot off the DVD. Hope this helps. Regards, Dana
