I have a partition for each OS: X 10.5.8, 10.4.11 and 9.2.2.
Depending on the jobs at hand, I can boot into any partition, except I use 9.2.2 for Classic mode.
As it turns out, I don't use Tiger and Classic much anymore. I can stand the 10-15% hit in speed IIRC from my tests with Xbench. Leopard is noticeably slower than Tiger, on my DA Dual 533 and QS 2002 Dual 1GHz. I imagine you will see it more so on the 350.
CCC would be one way to get any of them onto the 350, given each on another machine.
If you can stand the limitations on software availability, I would stick with Tiger, but have the other partitions available.
