That depends. putting the disks to sleep is a no-brainer...yes. Putting the 
system to sleep depends on why you're running it 24/7. If it's because it's 
running as a server (file, print, web, iTunes, etc) of some sort, then they 
systems should be kept awake. If not, just turn it off, save the energy.
