Where are the settings (if they;re even in one comprehensive
place...) for how file saving and such is handled? Is it global or
aplication-specific?
Example: I open a program, call up a document or image to work on
that is stored in a specific folder where it belongs. I change it
some and want to save-as a new file... so I hit SAVE AS and the
system opens up a drive path to somewhere-else completely and I have
to wrangle the thing back to where I want it to go, usually the same
path I got it form initially.
I would think this is one of those remedial things I should know my
now but it has me stymied.
