Summary: new window level placement

Initial Comment:
Hi everyone!
I'm using Gaim under Windows, version 0.82.1.. I've got
a problem with autoraise on events, and I can't figure
out what to do :( I disabled it everywhere I could, but
still upon receiving a message it pop-ups nonetheless..
Attached is my prefs.xml, am I getting something wrong?
Many thanks in advance

Let me see if I got this correctly.. The first time I get a
message it pops-up and there's nothing I can do about it,
but afterwards messages get queued in the existing window
(which by then could have been minimized, ok)? So there's no
way to get (i.e.) Trillian's behaviour, where I get a
flashing contact in the blist when there's a pending message
from that contact? Maybe the docklet plugin?

I viewed ur prefs.xml file. That settings are ok.
For blist, IM and chat pref raise on events is in '0' value.
So, it will not allow to raise window every time u receive

But if the Im or chat message comes first time from an
buddy, it must
show the window, afterwards it will not raise window. Becoz,
for first
message, it is creating the new window & showing that
window. For the
second message from the same buddy will come, that time it
will raise
the IM window.
