Hi Hans, Thankyou! I tried this;
mysqldump -u galaxy_user -p galaxy > db-name.out mysql -u galaxy_user -p galaxy < db-name.out and it seemed to work:) I needed to run manage_db.sh to upgrade the schema but it ran without incident.
