HI NIcol,
my god, I am sorry if you understood it like that. I didn't mean you at all.
I was rather refering to Ivan trying to explain the degree concept to you,
where he made lots of grammathical, spelling and contextual errors, whether
because of lack of attention or lack of knowledge or awareness. And such
messages really make me upset when anyone like you or me asks for a serious
explanation. Don't worry, my native language isn'T English either. HOw could
I even dare to blame a questioner in a similar situation for just asking!
:-)
I was just trying to point people in the right direction, saying: If you
feel you're not able to explain the stuff properly, then better don'T do it
at all rather than say something incorrect or misleading and confuse the
questioner even more, even not intentionally.
I didn't realize you could take it like that.
Again, I'm sorry, I was just sorry and felt compassion with you.
Hope this makes things clear.
Take care, and ask away! :-)
Lukas
